Alia @ OSK Mori Park, the first phase of OSK Property’s master-planned development in Section 13, Shah Alam, has reached its topping out milestone.
According to a statement, the development has achieved 98% sales, and is expected to be completed at least six months ahead of schedule.
The construction of OSK Mori Park is undertaken by OSK Construction – OSK Group’s in-house construction arm. Its capabilities are further reflected in its recent high-rise project completions, which recorded an average QLASSIC score of 82%.
“The topping out of Alia marks an important milestone for OSK Mori Park and reflects our commitment to delivering on our promise to purchasers.
“Achieving this milestone months ahead of schedule also gives our homebuyers greater confidence in our ability to execute and deliver.

Following the strong response to Alia, OSK Property’s second phase – Bayu @ OSK Mori Park, which was unveiled in May 2025, has also continued to gain traction with 75% of its units sold.
Building on that, OSK Property has unveiled Tamu, the third phase of the OSK Mori Park masterplan.
