PALOH: Re-elected Paloh assemblyman Lee Ting Han says his victory marks the beginning of a new responsibility as he hits the ground running to fulfil the promises he made to voters.

"Today, we are not celebrating a victory, but the trust placed in us by the people. From today onwards, I will return to work and devote my full attention to serving the people, driving development and fulfilling the promises I made. This is not the finish line, but the start of the next chapter," he said during a walkabout to thank voters on Sunday (July 12).
Lee also thanked voters for giving him another mandate to serve as the Paloh assemblyman.
"I would like to sincerely thank every voter who came out to fulfil their civic duty. Regardless of who they supported, every vote represents respect for the democratic process and the people's aspirations for Johor's future.
"This victory does not belong to me alone. It is a responsibility entrusted to me by the people, and I will continue to serve all the people of Paloh to the best of my ability," he said.
Lee pledged to continue improving local infrastructure, enhancing public services and promoting economic development for the benefit of the people of Paloh.
Lee also thanked his family, friends, campaign team, volunteers, party workers and supporters for their support throughout the campaign.
He also expressed his appreciation to the Election Commission and all personnel involved in ensuring the Johor state election was conducted smoothly, peacefully and in an orderly manner.
