A FERRARI owner ended up with a repair bill of RM17,000 following damages caused by four mischievous children in Kunming, China’s Yunnan province.

The children had climbed all over the RM2.15mil red Ferrari and trampled it, as seen in a video clip that had gone viral.

Kwong Wah Yit Poh reported that they were also seen playing with long sticks around the car, which was parked at an open air parking area when the incident happened.

On his return from his business trip, the car owner was shocked to find the Ferrari badly scratched.

The car owner said a mediation session was held with the parents of the children, who wanted to settle the matter by offering just a few hundred yuan but later agreed to increase the amount to 1,000 yuan (RM600).

He said the local police then called him to say the parents would compensate up to 5,000 yuan (RM3,000), but he declined the offer as it was far from the actual repair cost.

The news caused much discussions with netizens saying that the root of the problem lies with the parents as the children clearly lacked proper upbringing.

>China Press reported that Malaysian singer-songwriter Diorlying Tan sprang a surprise during her concert in Penang last Saturday by sharing the stage with former boyfriend Firdhaus.

It was their first public performance in nearly two years after their breakup.

They performed the song Divorce In Ghana and apologised to each other.

“I was the one who invited him to my concert. I recently had dreams of death and told myself that if one day I leave this world, one thing will always be stuck in my head, and that is to stand on the same stage with Firdhaus again,” she said.

Tan said their story had begun in Penang and that their return to the place meant a lot to her.

“Thank you, Firdhaus. I’m sorry to offer my apology this late,” she said, adding that she had neglected the beautiful memories they had shared in the past.
