Na'imah and two children still overseas, says Bukit Aman

KAJANG: A total of 17 people have had their statements recorded over the investigation into an alleged plot to topple the government and sabotage national stability, says Bukit Aman.

Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department director Comm Datuk M. Kumar also said Toh Puan Na'imah Abdul Khalid and her two children are still overseas.

"We have checked with the Immigration Department and found that the three are still overseas.

"The investigation paper has been forwarded to the Attourney General's office for further action and advice," he said at a press conference at the Kajang police headquarters on Tuesday (May 26).

In a previous statement the widow of former finance minister Tun Daim Zainuddin dismissed any claims that her family was linked to a plot to topple the government.

She also denied claims made in a police report saying a disgruntled ex-employee made the allegations.
