Gambit Annual Legacy Awards 2026 features Malaysia Book of Records recognition


KUALA LUMPUR: The Gambit Annual Legacy Awards (GALA) 2026 brought together associates, leaders, partners and invited guests for an evening celebrating achievements and organisational growth within the Gambit Group ecosystem, a technology-driven consortium operating across wealth management, trust structures, legacy planning and structured financial solutions. 

Held at Sentul Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur, the annual flagship event featured a key highlight of the evening, the Malaysia Book of Records recognition as the “First Hybrid Asset Trust (HAT) Structure”, awarded to Gambit Group, marking a historic milestone in the organisation’s development within the financial services industry. 

The recognition moment underscored group’s ongoing expansion and performance-driven growth, serving as one of the centrepieces of the evening alongside award presentations, performances and leadership reflections. 

Speaking during his welcome address, Gambit Group chief executive officer Datuk Clifford Hii expressed appreciation to all attendees and reflected on the collective journey of the organisation. 

“The achievements recognised this evening reflect the consistent effort, discipline and performance demonstrated across the organisation throughout the year. 

“These milestones are the result of a collective ecosystem built by associates, leaders and partners working in alignment toward shared goals. 

“Gambit Group continues to operate on a performance-driven model, where progress is measured through execution, growth and long-term development across its business structure. This evening also highlights Gambit’s continued expansion and its commitment to building a stronger, more structured organisation moving forward.” 

The Gala 2026 programme featured a structured line-up of award presentations recognising top performers across multiple tiers, including top talent builders, associates,unit managers, agency managers, personal sales achievers, group agency leaders and milestone achievers spanning half-million to elite multi-million clubs. 

A total of nine award segments were presented throughout the evening, recognising excellence across individual and group performance categories, including Top Talent Builders, Top Associates, Top Unit Managers, Top Agency Managers, Top 10 Personal Sales Achievers, Top Group Agency Managers, Outstanding Half Million Achievers, Million Club Achievers and Elite 2M Club Achievers.
