Baby rescued after getting thumb stuck in walker

PETALING JAYA: "Abang Bomba" rushed to the scene after a baby's finger became lodged in a baby walker.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director Ahmad Mukhlis, when contacted, said that firefighters were deployed to the scene in Jalan Keretapi Lama in Kapar after they had been informed of the "trapped" baby.

At the scene, firefighters found the victim, aged seven months, with his thumb trapped inside a baby walker.

"The responding personnel successfully freed the victim’s finger safely using special equipment," he said.
