Hajiji meets Sabah MPs to discuss current issues


KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Haji Hajiji Haji Noor met with several Sabah Members of Parliament to discuss current issues at Sri Gaya here recently.

"I have taken note of their views, feedback and recommendations regarding matters affecting the grassroots, which fall under both state and federal jurisdictions.

"We also discussed administrative matters relevant to district and local authorities," he said in a statement on Friday (Jan 16).

Among the MPs who met with the Chief Minister were Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali (Papar), who is also the federal Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Minister; Datuk Shahelmey Yahya (Putatan); Datuk Matbali Musah (Sipitang); Lo Su Fui (Tawau), who is also Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories); Datuk Jonathan Yasin (Ranau); and Riduan  Rubin (Tenom).
