Bukit Aman says entrepreneur's claim of being duped out of RM38mil referred to 'other agencies'


PETALING JAYA: No investigation paper has been opened regarding allegations by entrepreneur Mohd Safiuddin Ilias that he lost millions after being deceived, with the case referred to "other agencies", says Bukit Aman.

Bukit Aman Commercial Crime Investigation Department director Comm Datuk Rusdi Md Isa, when contacted, said that the police had received nine reports on the matter.

"As of now, nine reports had been made by the complainant and no investigation paper has been opened. The case has been classified as "Refer to Other Agency” (ROA)," he said.

Previously it was reported that entreprenour had lost around RM 38mil after being duped by a luxury vehicle seller and his wife.
