KUALA LUMPUR: Heavy traffic is expected on major highways starting as early as Friday (Dec 19) for highway users heading towards the East Coast, North, and South and advised road users to plan accordingly, says Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM).
It said concessionaires are also disallowed from today to Dec 28 from closing highway lanes, except for emergency works, in measures to improve traffic flow.
