Hat Yai floods: Stranded Malaysian loses contact with wife, kids for a week


ALOR SETAR: A Malaysian man has been left distraught after losing contact for a week with his wife and children, who were stranded by the floods in Hat Yai.

Shahrizal Kamarudin, 43, from Ampang, Selangor, said the last time he managed to contact his wife, Maimuna Asnan, 37, was on Nov 22, when she informed him that she was safely sheltering at Pani House homestay.
