KUALA LUMPUR: The National Disaster Management Agency's (Nadma) National Disaster Control Centre (NDCC) has issued an operational disaster preparedness notice after six states were forecast to experience heavy and persistent rainfall.
In the notice, Nadma cited the Malaysian Meteorological Department's (MetMalaysia) severe continuous rain warning for several areas in Kelantan (Tumpat, Pasir Mas, Kota Baru, Bachok and Pasir Puteh), until Monday (Nov 24).
