GEORGE TOWN: A proposed foreign workers’ hostel in Teluk Kumbar sparked a lively exchange in the Penang State Assembly.

Opposition Leader Mohd Fauzi Yusoff (PAS–Sungai Dua) renewed his stand that the project is unsuitable for the southern corridor.
