Nude body of unidentified woman found with hands tied, cops probing as murder


SERDANG: The body of a yet to be identified woman has been found with her hands tied up, leading police to investigate the matter as a murder case.

In a statement Wednesday (OCt 29), Serdang OCPD Asst Comm Muhamad Farid Ahmad said that the discovery was made Wednesday afternoon after the police were notified by a member of the public.

"The dead victim, a female of unknown origin, was found with her hands tied and naked near the Blue Water Estate roundabout in Seri Kembangan. Investigations are being conducted under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.

"The victim is around 144cm tall, had shoulder length brown hair, long nails and was wearing silver earrings on both ears. She was also wearing a green and red bangle and had a tattoo on the right hand," he said.
