BUKIT MERTAJAM: Police have arrested three foreign men to assist in investigations into the double murder of a woman and her daughter at a house in Kampung Sekolah Juru here last Saturday (Oct 18).
Penang police chief told Bernama that the three were arrested separately on Friday (Oct 24), two men in Kulim, Kedah and the third in Selangor.
"The three, who are in their 30s to 40s, all know each other," he said, adding that they would be remanded at the Bukit Mertajam Magistrate's Court on Saturday (Oct 25).

He said the victim's husband, 57, would also be taken to court and freed on police bail upon the end of his remand period on Saturday.
The case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code. – Bernama
