Year One pupil allegedly assaulted during fight at Shah Alam school canteen


SHAH ALAM: A Year One pupil was allegedly beaten up by two older pupils during a fight at a primary school in Seksyen 32 here.

Shah Alam OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim said the incident was reported to the police following the fight at the school canteen on Oct 15.

“The fight, which occurred at 3pm that day, involved the victim and two Year Three pupils.

“The cause of the fight is still being investigated,” he said in a statement on Friday (Oct 17).

Investigations are being conducted under Section 323 of the Penal Code.
