Malaysian economy to grow 4.0-4.5% in 2026, says Anwar


KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian economy is expected to experience moderate growth of four to 4.5% in 2026 compared to 2025 on the back of a challenging global landscape, says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

He said this was based on the government projection of growth this year of between 4% and 4.8%.
