A KIND and compassionate woman with a warm heart, that is how actress Uqasha Senrose (pic) describes her mother-in-law.

Uqasha, whose real name is Nik Zaris Uqasha Nik Sen, 33, expressed her gratitude for having a mother-in-law who treats her like her own daughter.

“She loves seeing all of us gathered as a big family,” the Bisikan Dosa actress said in a TikTok video, according to Kosmo!

Uqasha, who is married to Kamal Adli, added that her mother-in-law, who is a religious teacher, never judges others.

“She’s very positive and always advises with kindness. Every time I talk to her, my heart feels calm,” she said.

Her heartfelt post drew praise from netizens, many of whom admired their close relationship.

“It’s lovely to see a daughter-in-law and mother-in-law getting along so well. May their bond last,” wrote one user.

Another commented, “Not everyone gets such a kind mother-in-law. Uqasha is truly blessed.”

Uqasha married actor Kamal Adli on Nov 5, 2021 in Janda Baik, Pahang.

The couple share a daughter, Hawra Uqaira, who will turn two soon.

> Award-winning singer Aina Abdul has credited her fans as her greatest source of strength despite facing years of criticism and scrutiny.

Marking a decade in the industry since her Mentor Legend debut in 2015, Aina said she has weathered numerous challenges.

Critics questioned her victory, including that at the 39th Anugerah Juara Lagu (AJL) but she chose silence over confrontation.

“My fans are my backbone. They vote, promote and listen to my songs. Even when I was criticised, they defended me,” she told Berita Harian.

After facing backlash over her AJL victory, the Johor-born artiste said she sought solace in Indonesia.

A heartfelt conversation with Indonesian composer Fabio Asher was the inspiration for the song Sesaat, which was released on Sept 26 under the Sony Music label.

She also urged young artistes to stay resilient, manage finances wisely and remain authentic.

“Believe me, the struggles are worth it.”
