Suspect dressed as cartoon character nabbed for sexually assaulting girl in playground

KOTA BARU: A 36-year-old man who was dressed as a cartoon character has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a six-year-old girl at a playground in Pantai Irama, Bachok.

Bachok deputy OCPD Deputy Supt Mohd Azrie Sulaiman said that the incident occurred at 6.20pm on Thursday (Sept 11) and was recorded by a passer-by.
