KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia must build its own internal capabilities as it cannot continue to rely in foreign technology, says Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
The Prime Minister said that this covers areas such as cloud computing, as it is necessary to protect the country's classified information and strategic assets.
