Decomposed woman's body found in house in Chemor


IPOH: The decomposed body of a woman was found in a house in Taman Klebang Jaya, Chemor, near here on Thursday (Aug 7) evening.

Ipoh district police chief ACP Abang Zainal Abidin Abang Ahmad said the body was discovered by a man who is an agent for a water filter and air conditioning company at about 4.25pm.

"The informant reported seeing a decomposed body, believed to be that of a woman, through the window of the house," he said in a statement on Thursday night.

He said the forensic unit had been informed of the incident, and further investigations were ongoing. - Bernama
