Mum and daughter hurt after bus topples over in Hulu Selangor


PETALING JAYA: Two bus passengers, including a nine-year-old child, were injured after a bus fell on its side along Jalan Tulip 3 in Bukit Sentosa, Hulu Selangor.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director (Operations) Ahmad Mukhlis Mokhtar said when contacted that they received a distress call at 11.16am on Monday (July 14).

"The bus toppled over while turning a corner.

"A 38-year-old woman and her daughter suffered minor injuries while the 57-year-old bus driver and a 17-year-old girl escaped unharmed.

"The injured victims have been sent to Hospital Kuala Kubu Bharu for treatment," he said.
