Nabila Huda willing to share acting tips, not coach

ACTRESS Nabila Huda is not ready to become an acting coach despite being in the industry for more than two decades, Berita Harian reported.

Nabila, who won the 2019 Anugerah Skrin Best Actress for Drama award, said she does not mind sharing tips on acting.

“Actually, I am still in a learning process. I feel that I’m not qualified to coach people.

“There’s a lot more that I want to achieve. I also don’t have any certification to teach but I will share my experiences,” she said.

She noted that she had conducted online acting classes during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Nabila advised aspiring actors to attend acting classes as it is not easy, adding that it took her 10 years to fully understand acting.

> Syafiqa Melvin, the older sister of actress Syatilla Melvin, claimed that she was scammed by someone offering cat cage-making services online.

Syafiqa, whose full name is Siti Nur Syafiqa Amirol Melvin, said she lost RM800 after placing an order recently, reported Kosmo!

“I placed an order because the site had a large following and many posts, and even ran paid advertisements,” she said.

Syafiqa paid a deposit of RM400, but got suspicious when the seller did not ask her for details on the type of cat cage she wanted.

“After several days, the seller said the cage was ready. When I asked for a photo, they said the delivery lorry had arrived and was about to leave.

When the cat cage didn’t arrive, the seller gave various excuses.

After learning that the site was a scam, Syafiqa lodged a police report.
