myStarJob Fair 2026 in Penang to offer multiple career opportunities

GEORGE TOWN: Visitors can walk into a world of opportunities at the myStarJob Fair 2026, where over 20 exhibitors across 30 booths are offering career opportunities spanning multiple industries.

Held at the Setia SPICE Convention Centre over the weekend (June 6 and 7) from 11am to 6pm, the fair features a variety of activities aimed at supporting job seekers and newly hired employees.

Boasting six job matching sessions, five career-focused talks and four lucky draw sessions, the event offers prizes ranging from tablets and watches to e-wallet vouchers and coffee machines.

The fair, which takes place across key regions in Malaysia, has reached its Penang leg, giving employers wider talent access and jobseekers more opportunities closer to home.

Among the main highlights is the job-matching session, a speed interview initiative that connects candidates directly with recruiters from various sectors.

The event features companies from a variety of fields, including banking, engineering, finance, technology and consumer services.

The scheduled talks highlight career path options, building a meaningful career and other pertinent issues in various employment sectors.

Visitors can also take part in the career quest challenge, where visiting six booths to collect stamps and following the fair's official social media pages can win them prizes.

The fair is open on Saturday and Sunday at the Setia SPICE Convention Centre from 11am to 6pm, and admission is free.
