Malaysia aims for UN-Habitat leadership in Nairobi


PETALING JAYA: Malaysia is positioning itself for a historic return to international leadership.

In a statement on Friday (May 23), the Housing and Local Government Ministry announced that its minister, Nga Kor Ming, will lead the Malaysian delegation to the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya, next week to participate in the UN-Habitat General Assembly (UNHA).
