King grants audience to PM at Istana Negara


KUALA LUMPUR: His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, granted an audience on Sunday (April 6) to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at Istana Negara.

A post on Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar’s Facebook stated that while Sunday is a rest day, His Majesty continues to perform official duties at His Majesty's office at Istana Negara.

By 7 am, His Majesty had granted an audience to senior officers of Istana Negara before granting an audience to the Prime Minister, according to the post. - Bernama
