BUTTERWORTH: A man suspected of driving against traffic and causing a collision at Jalan Chain Ferry here has been arrested.Seberang Perai Utara district police chief Asst Comm Anuar Abdul Rahman said the 28-year-old driver was arrested on Sunday, and an initial urine test confirmed he was not on drugs.
“A remand application will be made to conduct a blood test and for further investigation,” he said in a statement.
