MCA holds CNY do with party veterans, community leaders

PETALING JAYA: Party veterans and community leaders gathered to celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year with a special luncheon, bringing a festive atmosphere to the MCA headquarters.

MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said that this year's celebration was held during the day for the first time, following requests from veterans who expressed difficulty in driving at night.

"This event is something they look forward to each year.

"We are truly appreciative of their participation and we hope that everyone had a warm and enjoyable gathering.

"May this year continue to bring joy and happiness to all of us," Dr Wee said in a Facebook post on Sunday (Jan 19).
