SINGER Kaka Azraff says 2024 has been a year full of life lessons for her as a woman, mother, daughter and performer.

Kaka, whose real name is Nor Atiqa Noor Azraff, said these lessons have made her stronger and more prepared to face the challenges of the coming year.

“The year 2024 has opened my eyes, heart and emotions. As a daughter who lost her mother, a sister who lost her sibling, and having been through so much in my marriage and career, it has all made me stronger.

“So I am more ready to face the challenges ahead with greater confidence, God willing.

“I am grateful for everything I have experienced. I hope 2025 will bring a fresh clean slate,” she was quoted as saying by Berita Harian.

The 35-year-old mother of three also described 2024 as a year of self-reflection and rediscovery.

She expressed gratitude to her aunts, rock singer Ella and Jojie, who continued to serve as mother figures in her life.

On Oct 28, Kaka and her husband Adam Azriff went through an expedited divorce at the Shah Alam Syariah Lower Court.

They were married on Dec 14, 2018, and have three children.

In other developments, Kaka revealed that she will be releasing a new single next year.

It will be the first single produced under her own management company, AAA Entertainment, named after her children.

“The special part is that this time, I’m managing everything on my own,” she said, adding that in her 13 years in the industry, she has always had management to support her.

“Now I must ensure that everything is in order. There’s a mix of emotions, but I’m excited to embrace 2025. I can already feel a positive energy.”
