Sabah Chief Minister calls for thorough investigation into bribery allegations

KOTA KINABALU: The corruption allegations linked to several Sabah politicians have to be thoroughly investigated by graftbusters, says Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor

The GRS chairman said that the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) should investigate the businessman who made the bribery allegations.

“He should be investigated. Niat dia tidak baik (his intentions are bad). He wanted something from the government, and when he did not get it, he resorted to this.

He should be arrested first,” Hajiji said during the groundbreaking ceremony of the Kimanis Power Plant on Tuesday (Nov 12).
