ACTRESS Nur Fazura, who recently divorced actor Fattah Amin, said she does not regret the decision and is thankful to rise again after the split, Kosmo! reported.

Speaking to an Indonesian programme, SEA Today, to promote her new single Bertahan Demi Cinta, Fazura said the song reflects the struggles and perseverance of a husband and wife to save their marriage.

“Many (fans) said they like the song. They are still hoping that Fattah and I will get back together,” she said.

This song was recorded in February when the celebrity couple was still married.

> For 31-year-old Shaifuddin Hazani Affendi, what is tragic about his father’s death is that he was killed at a place where they enjoyed their meals together, Sinar Harian reported.

Shaifuddin Hazani is the son of the man who was killed when a lorry crashed into a stall at Kampung Seri Damai at Jalan Maran-Kuantan on Monday.

He said he last met his father Affendi Abd Wahab at about 2.30pm on the day of the incident at the latter’s workshop, located near the scene of the incident.

“I used to sit with my father at this stall during my break,” he said.

Accepting his father’s passing as fate, Shaifuddin Hazani said his father was charitable.

“My late father really enjoyed doing charity work. He dug graves for free during his life.

“He was always helping others. For him, when others were suffering, he too would feel it,” he added.
