PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Najib Razak will know if he is to enter his defence or if he will be acquitted on four counts of abusing his position for the gratification of RM2.28bil from the coffers of 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) and 21 counts of money laundering involving the same monies on Wednesday (Oct 30).
The former prime minister will hear the decision of Justice Collin Lawrence Sequerah – who has since been elevated to the Court of Appeal – as to whether a prima facie case has been found against him, where Najib will then have to enter his defence.
