StarProperty Bumiputera Fair to feature a wide range of prime real estate


Plenty in store: In addition to showcasing properties, the Star­Property Bumiputera Fair will also offer a range of exciting activities and events.

PETALING JAYA: The StarProperty Bumiputera Fair, one of Malaysia’s popular property exhibitions, is set to kick off at Central i-City in Shah Alam on Thursday.

This highly anticipated event will be held at the Central Concourse on the ground floor of i-City’s shopping mall and is expected to attract thousands of visitors, eager to take advantage of the many offerings that will be showcased by reputable developers from June 6 to 9.

The event is presented by insurance and takaful partner Sun Life Malaysia.

The developers include Sime Darby Property Bhd and Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) as well as other reputable developers such as Eupe Corporation Bhd and Chin Hin Group.

• STEP 2: Book the unit of your choice at any exhibitor’s booth.

• STEP 3: Submit a copy of the Sales Order Form, proof of payment (receipt), and photocopy IC of the purchaser/s at the StarProperty booth. To participate, purchasers MUST be present to submit all relevant documents along with a completed participation form and answer the qualifying question.

Children will be given free balloons and there will be a clown appearance on June 8 and 9 at these time slots: noon - 1pm, 2.30pm - 3.30pm, 4.30pm - 5.30pm, 6.30pm - 7.30pm and 8pm - 9pm.
