Perlis MB's son arrives at court to face false claims charges

KANGAR: The son of the Perlis Menteri Besar, Mohd Shukri Ramli, arrived at the Kangar Sessions Court on Thursday (May 23) to face charges of making a false claim involving RM600,000.

The suspect, who wore a purple colour shirt, arrived at the court at about 8am.

In April, the Mentri Besar’s son was among six men remanded by the MACC to assist in the investigation into a case of producing falsified documents to make RM600,000 in claims since 2022.
