MetMalaysia warns of continous heavy rain in Johor until Dec 22

KUALA LUMPUR: MetMalaysia has issued a severe-level continuous heavy rain warning until Friday (Dec 22) for several areas in Johor.

In its statement on Thursday (Dec 21) night, MetMalaysia said the affected areas were Mersing and Kota Tinggi.

It also issued a continuous rain warning at the alert level for the states of Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang expected to last until Monday (Dec 25) and other areas Johor until Friday.

In Pahang, the districts listed include Jerantut, Kuantan, Pekan, and Rompin, while in Johor, the areas that would be affected were Kluang, Kulai, and Johor Bahru. - Bernama
