CelcomDigi unites with M’sians for ‘Projek My Malaysia’

Innovative effort: CelcomDigi proudly introduces its National Day film titled ‘Projek My Malaysia’, which redefines how Malaysians tell their story of what Malaysia means to them.

KUALA LUMPUR: For this year’s National Day celebrations, CelcomDigi reached out to Malaysians to draw from their rich, diverse culture and backgrounds to co-create their vision of a better Malaysia not only for themselves but also their families and community.

Utilising generative AI – an innovative tool that can craft content from text, images or videos – they were able to reimagine and transform scenes of a film depicting modern-day Malaysia, and the reimagined perspectives were then infused through generative AI tools into the Projek My Malaysia video.

Projek My Malaysia subtly addresses everyday social nuances that Malaysians experience without noticing – such as civic responsibility, respect and looking out for one another, as well as common courtesies.

The film also highlights ongoing environmental impacts such as wildlife conservation, deforestation, littering and many more, which may affect the livelihoods of our future generations.

In the spirit of unity, CelcomDigi continues to demonstrate the value of Malaysians coming together, as previously showcased during the Hari Raya, Gawai and Kaamatan festivals this year.
