KOTA KINABALU: A Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) assemblyman is unconvinced that the 15 packages under phase one of the Sabah leg of the Pan Borneo Highway project will be completed before the end of next year.
Datuk Dr Yusof Yacob (GRS-Sindumin) said although he welcomed the assurance by the state Works Minister over the 15 packages, he was not sure they would be finished on schedule.
