"Personnel at the scene found the victim on the road near a restaurant in the Block B building," he said in a statement on Wednesday (April 5).

He said the victim suffered injuries to his face and both his hands were fractured.

"The victim was also bleeding from his ears. He was wearing long pants and a long sleeve shirt and shoes," he said, adding that the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
