Todt shares sweet message of support for Yeoh after Oscar win

PETALING JAYA: Former Ferrari boss Jean Todt took to Twitter on Monday (March 13) to share a sweet message of support for partner Michelle Yeoh's Best Actress Oscar win.

Yeoh and Todt, who have been engaged since 2005, first met at the Shanghai Grand Prix in 2004, where Yeoh was doing publicity for Ferrari.

"Moment of pure grace and immense happiness! What a journey! So proud of Michelle who received the Oscar Academy Award for the best actress #EverythingEverywhereAllAtOnce," Todt said in his tweet.

As at 8am Tuesday (March 14), Todt's tweet had attracted 21,400 "Likes" and was retweeted 1,053 times.

Among those who reacted to the tweet were French premium TV channel Canal+, which replied to his tweet with a "Bravo!" and the emojis for clapping hands, celebration and stars.

Closer to home, Mercy Malaysia founder Tan Sri Dr Jemilah Mahmood also replied to the tweet, saying, "Congratulations Jean and Michelle! Your unwavering support for her has been incredible."
