On the real estate market outlook for 2023, Yap said that a stable government would bring about a positive trend, besides more development projects, in driving sales momentum.

Focus Estate Agency specialises in township development sales, such as Lake City KL, he said.

He shared that the Focus Estate Agency’s success lies in the open approach the company takes with its agents, homebuyers and developers – creating win-win situations for all parties.

“First, we will do our own market research. You have to know what the value is when you buy townships,” Yap added, adding that Focus Estate Agency’s marketing strategy is the digital medium.

Yap sees social media as a medium that enables Focus Estate Agency to reach its target group nationwide and beyond, including buyers in Singapore.
