Selangor state assembly approves anti-hopping enactment


SHAH ALAM: The Selangor Legislative State Assembly approved the Selangor State Constitution (Amendment) Bill 2022 (RUU) to enable the Anti-Party Hopping Enactment to be implemented in the state.

Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari tabled the motion for the proposed amendment on Wednesday (Nov 23) and it was unanimously supported by the state assemblymen during the state assembly sitting here on Thursday (Nov 24).
