GE15: Final voter turnout over 73%, says EC


PUTRAJAYA: The final voter turnout for the 15th General Election (GE15) was at 73.89%, says the Election Commission (EC).

This is without taking into account three parliamentary seats, which are Padang Serai, Baram and Kota Marudu.

EC chairman Tan Sri Abdul Ghani Salleh said no single party was able to attain more than 50% of the total 219 seats contested.
