GE15: Birthday girl casts vote in hometown after 39 years

Lily Lee who turns 60 today after voting at SJKC Batu 11 Cheras in Kajang which falls under the Bangi constituency.

PETALING JAYA: Nov 19 is a special day for Lily Lee. Not only does she turn 60 today, but she will also be casting her vote for the first time after 39 years in her hometown of Batu 11, Cheras which comes under the Bangi constituency .

"The voting process was a nostalgic moment for me. My sisters and I came in separate cars. I also met up with my childhood friends, some whom I have not met since I got married and shifted to Kuala Lumpur to work," said Lee.
