HULU SELANGOR: A fight that caused the death of a 40-year-old man here has led to the arrest of six suspects.
Hulu Selangor OCPD Supt Manimaran Muniandi said police were notified of the incident on Sept 9 following a report lodged then.
"Investigations at the scene in Rasa showed that a foreigner had died following the fight there.
"Acting on gathered information, the police arrested four men and two women aged between 30 and 50," he said in a statement on Thursday (Sept 10).
Supt Manimaran said all suspects have been remanded for seven days, until Sept 16, to assist investigations.
He added that none of the suspects had prior police records and all tested negative for drugs.
