IPOH: The driver of an empty trailer lost control of the vehicle, crashed it through the guard rail before it plunged off a flyover on the North-South Expressway here.
The 12.40pm incident yesterday saw the vehicle fall onto Jalan Kuala Kangsar, causing panic among road users in the vicinity.
