JOHOR BARU: Ho Shi Hwa has always been fascinated with plants, especially those of the carnivorous variety.

The 29-year-old, also known as Gaianno Ho, started growing carnivorous plants at the age of 14 after his mother gifted him a tropical picture plant (Nepenthes).
