Collaboration between govt agencies to boost road safety

KUALA LUMPUR: Close cooperation between the relevant agencies is needed to effectively confront road safety issues.

The director-general of the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (Miros), Datuk Dr Khairil Anwar Abu Kassim, said such cooperation would lead to good synergy in closing the gap between research, operations and education when it comes to promoting a culture of road safety.
