GEORGE TOWN: Penang Island City Council (MBPP) workers had their hands full when a lorry loaded with mosaic tiles met with an accident on the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway, spilling its cargo on the road.
In a Facebook post, MBPP said the incident occurred around 2.30pm Wednesday and caused a traffic jam on the expressway.
