JOHOR BARU: MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong was given a briefing on flood handling preparedness by the party's Tebrau division chief on Friday (Dec 31).
"I was visiting the Tebrau constituency, and was interacting with the people of Taman Puteri Wangsa here, when heavy rain began," he wrote on Facebook.
