IPOH: Highway concessionaire PLUS Malaysia Bhd (PLUS) should pay royalty to the Perak government for using the state's land, says Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin.
The Sungai Rapat assemblyman suggested that 10 sen out of every RM10 in tolls PLUS gets from the booths along the North-South Expressway from Tanjung Malim to Parit Buntar should go to the state.
