Police seize 680kg of Ketum in Jempol, three arrested


The ketum leaves seized by police from the two suspects in the first operation in Taman Desa Penarikan in Bahau.

JEMPOL: Police here have arrested three suspects and seized 680kg of ketum leaves in the district.

Jempol district police chief Supt Hoo Chang Hook said in the first operation around 8pm Monday (Nov 15), a police team arrested a 32-year-old lorry driver and 36-year-old labourer at Taman Desa Penarikan in Bahau and seized 520kg of ketum leaves.
